Some of the biggest stars in Kollywood called her up and congratulated her for her outstanding performance in the film. Recently at Vijay Awards everybody called out her screen name Saro, and she was all smiles.

However, the biggest compliment Piaa received; according to her was when she was flying back to Mumbai after the function. She was seated next to Prabhu Deva, her childhood hero and dancing legend, who she had met during the shoot of Aegan, a few years back. At that time she was just starting out in the industry and was too scared to go up and introduce herself to the master choreographer. However this time in mid-air she said 'Hello' to Prabhu, who profusely congratulated her for her "Saro act in Ko".

Piaa says: " I'm over the moon as Prabhu sir, who I thought was a very reserved person, congratulated me and told me that it is not a mere achievement that any heroine gets appreciation for her character in a hit film. He also gave me some small tips on how to be patient and sign good projects."

Piaa is all smiles and adds that Prabhu's appreciation will be an inspiriation for her to do good films in future.
