After a gap of five years, this Kollywood miss is reportedly the heroine in a Telugu film Don Seenu opposite Ravi Teja once again.

Trisha was the first choice for this film, being directed by debutant director Malineni Gopichand, but she opted out due to unavailability of dates. Don Seenu is currently progressing in Rama Naidu Cine Village at Nanakramguda. After the next schedule in Hyderabad ending on March 20, the crew will leave for Switzerland and then Spain.

Meanwhile, Shriya is also doing her debut Malayalam film Pokkiri Raja opposite superstar Mammootty. The film is directed by Vysakh, a television anchor and associate of directors Johnny Antony and Joshy.

In an interview to a leading daily, Dhanush said, “Yes, I'm interested, but it'll take another couple of years for me to give it a shot. I'm learning the nuances of direction from the directors I work for.” He also has one of the best tutors at home: big bro Selvaraghavan. The latest buzz is that Dhanush is busy preparing for turning director; he has already worked as assistant director for his brother's Aayirathil Oruvan.

She says, ‘Most of the time, I feel so pity for those actresses and on pars, a sort of fear develops in me as my life partner may perceive me for acted in glamorous roles. But, I don’t keep underplaying the situation as most of the times, there are fault on grooms and other members as well…’

Now, Ajith's 50th film with Gautham Menon produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri is believed to be a police story too. Ajith has played a cop in Anjaneya, but the film was not too successful, so we hope it’s time Ajith tastes succes in a thrilling cop story. The latest buzz in the industry is that Ajith will play the role of an Intelligence agent in the film. The film is reportedly titled Thuppariyum Anand; the title Ulavali is also under consideration.

Sources say that Superstar Rajinikanth was busy shooting some patchwork for ‘Endhiran’ in Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam at Kodambakkam in Chennai recently. After the shooting, Rajini made sure the crew had been served dinner, specially made for them by a well known chef.

Reports have it that, Rajini gave attention to everyone individually. He even served them food, much to the crew’s delight. They were all pleased with his warm and kind nature. There have been such reports in the past about Rajini’s gestures. No doubt Superstar is one man who knows how to handle his guests.

Notably, Mamta has already sung for 13 Telugu films and 3 Tamil films and recently sang for a Malayalam album produced by East Coast videos. Anwar, based on terrorism, starring Prithviraj, was launched at Ernakulam on January 5 and will start rolling in March.
