Murugadoss is currently busy with the Hindi remake of Thuppaki with Akshay Kumar and is said to work with Ilayathalapathy post that film.

Vijay on the other hand is completely busy with Thalaiva and then would start his work on Jilla. He is also making a special appearance in Onbadhulla Guru.

Vijay launched the audio of Vathikuchi, Murugadoss’s production venture with his brother in the leading role.

Murugadoss and Vijay is reported to have met a few days ago and has decided to work on a new project.

The director himself told media, “Yes, we had a chat some days ago. And, we have decided to do a film yet again. This will not be Thuppakki 2 but a different subject. However, we are yet to work out the other details.”

This film recently finished it’s 3rd schedule of shoot. The next schedule is to be shot in Kenya and Tanzania. The unit will be flying there in a few days for this.

A producer of “Singam 2” and part of Studio Green, Prabhu tweeted, ” The third schedule of Singam 2 is done. Now what remains are the overseas portions which will start from mid of this month.”

Speaking to a television channel, Kamal Hassan said, ‘I will be registering the title soon. Moo denotes three. The Tamil language has this beauty about it – you can tell a word in one syllable, like nee, naan, thee. I’d like to title my next film, post Vishwaroopam 2, as Moo.’

Kamal Hassan is expected to make this movie in Hollywood as well, apart from the Tamil, Telugu and Hindi versions.

The latest of this film is that there has been a new addition to the cast. Neetu Chandra is to do an item number in “Settai“. She will be dancing along with the 3 heroes in the song which was composed by Thaman and penned down by Na Muthukumar.

Sources close to the team said, “Happy to confirm that Neetu Chandra joins Settai team for the song “Laila Laila.” by Na. Muthukumar. Entire lead heroes to feature in it.”

Recently, Hansika Motwani was asked to perform an emotional scene which has few lengthy dialogues in the presence of hundreds of junior artists. Much to the surprise of the unit members and the crowd, the actress has done it in a single take with a perfect Tamil dialect. Hansika Motwani got most of the scenes right in a single take and the director is full of price for her dedication & talent.

When inquired what’s the secret behind doing so, Hansika Motwani revealed about her Tamil lessons she learnt since few months and the homework she does a day prior to the shoot.Being the most sought after actress in Tamil seems to have made her learn the language and her hard work is paying off.

In a recent interview, Gautham Karthik was asked to share his experience performing the love-making sequence. Surprisingly, the actor claimed he had no clue that Thulasi Nair was going to lock lips with him. Mani Ratnam explained the scene to Thulasi, but Gautham was’t informed prior about the lip-lock.

As soon as Thulasi kissed Gautham, the youngster was in a state of shock as he never unexpected it. On the other hand, Mani was delighted to capture the blank expression on the hero’s face as it is all what he was expecting.

The lip-lock sequence has become quite popular ever since the trailer was out and it even stirred controversy for shooting such sequence with Thulasi who is a minor. Doubts were raised by films buffs on whether or not this smooch clip will be there when they throng theatres.

The film has Anushka Shetty and Hansika Motwani as the female leads besides the support casts Vivek, Santhanam, Rahman, Mukesh Rishi, Vijayakumar, Nassar, Radha Ravi, Manorama, Janaki Sabesh and Mansoor Ali Khan.
