3 Idiots remake: First song composed?
Labels: Vijay 0 commentsReportedly, the first song of ace director Shankar's next project, a remake of Bollywood blockbuster 3 Idiots (Rascals?), has been composed by leading music composer Harris Jayaraj.
"The first tune has been given to Shankar for 3 Idiots. The film will have Mahesh Babu in Telugu and Vijay in Tamil," the music composer was quoted as saying. After Anniyan (2005), this is the second time Harris Jayaraj is working with Shankar.
Tollywood sensation Ileana is likely to play Kareena Kapoor's role in both Tamil and Telugu versions, produced by Gemini Film Circuit. Notably, this is the first time Shankar is attempting a remake exercise and this is his first direct Telugu film in his 17 year film career. Manoj Paramahamsa of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya fame will handle the camera.
