Almost everyone associated with the movie is receiving accolades from all over. Lyricist Viveka who penned the much loved ‘Yen frienda pola yaaru’ song is the centre of attraction for many people now as his song is becoming quite a rage in the social media, for its words. Speaking about this unprecedented success, Viveka said that he had received offers to pen lyrics for 20 films immediately after the release of Nanban. Over and above that he has 80 movies with songs of his that are waiting for release, including big ticket films like Maattran, Singam 2 and Aravaan.
He said that the success of the song had made many people ask him about his friends. He recalled one Murugesan who is now a professor in SSN college Chennai. However, he said that all these factors were not in his mind when he penned that song. But, he was happy that the song was now inspiring many people to get the contact details of their long lost friends and contact them.
Finally, he was asked about the enormous success of the ‘Kolaveri’ song and the standard of lyrics in that particular number. To this he diplomatically answered that he did not wish to make any comment on that matter!
