Having married successful hotelier Rajasekaran Nair, Radha seems to be bitten by the managing bug just like her husband. She has taken up the position of Managing Director at Udhaya Samudra Beach Hotel which is owned by her husband.

Radha's daughter Karthika Nair who has acted in a film each in Telugu and Malayalam is all set to debut in Tamil with KV Anand's Ko opposite to Jiiva.
